You can See health auras around people -- exactly what it looks like, like any of the types of Sight, can be customized by the player, because it is individual to the character. If someone has an illness or injury, you can see it. Sometimes you can spot an illness or condition before it causes trouble.
Like Black Sight, this ability can make children the object of fear from those around them, especially if they foresee the hospitalization or death of someone. Thus you may have repressed this ability in childhood because you were viewed with suspicion or fear as a result of such an incident. However, this ability can also make someone interested in the health care professions, especially since it can give its possessor an advantage in such fields.
